This beauty is being sold on behalf of the family of the original owner – Jade Warrior’s David Duhig. It’s one of the rarer versions of the Selmer Twin amplifiers, the Thunderbird Twin Thirty. It’s had a heck of a life, and has been recently restored to a good standard after many years unused. Internally original, including the three transformers, and the majority of the original valves too. Comes complete with that classic footswitch and has been recently serviced by a leading UK amplifier tech. The original croc skin covering has previously been painted black, and the front cloth replaced early on. The speakers inside are newer Celestion G12T-75s, and the original reverb tank has been replaced for a newer one. An overall wonderful players grade rare amplifier, with a huge rock history.
